Our license models for manage.ID
For manage.ID, we have two licensing options available based on your specific priorities and needs. The first option requires payment for the software upfront and an annual support fee, while the second option involves an annual subscription fee that covers both the software and support.
Perpetual
License
- On-Premise solution with perpetual license
- One-time purchase by customer
- Devices-based license
Yearly SMA fee (mandatory) includes
- Software updates
- Software upgrades
- License activation
- Priority e-mail support
- Phone support with agreed severity levels
- Discounted training & re-installation/migration
Optional SMA expansion: For customers who require additional support, we offer an optional SMA expansion that includes 24/7x365 support via a dedicated phone number.
Annual Subscription
License
- On-Premise solution with an annual subscription fee

- The license is “getting used” by the customer

Free monitor.ID access for PID hardware owners
Customers who own hardware from one or more PID (Product Identification) companies can now enjoy free access to monitor.ID for monitoring purposes. However, it is important to note that the software is not compatible with hardware from other manufacturers.
